Job Overview

Target Peak is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting marketing initiatives with innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual design: Create graphics, layouts, and illustrations for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Brand consistency: Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines.
- Creative collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop campaigns.
- Software proficiency: Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar.
- Print & digital assets: Design brochures, flyers, banners, presentations,



and online creatives.
- Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to enhance visual communication and audience engagement.
- Project management: Handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of design software (Photo Shoot, Content Writer, Video editing, Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.)
- Creativity with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Hindi + English + Marathi
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge of social media creatives and digital marketing design

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Borivali to Virar preferred
- Prior experience in graphic design is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
