We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for academic, promotional, branding, and social media requirements.

The candidate should have a good eye for design, storytelling, and visual communication, along with basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

- Edit videos for educational, promotional, institutional, and social media purposes.
- Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Edit lectures, events, seminars, student activities, testimonials, and campus/institutional videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, graphics, and other visual elements.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats.
- Maintain consistency in the institution's visual identity and communication style.

Graphic Design

- Design creatives for social media, events, campaigns, announcements, and admissions.
- Create posters, banners, brochures, certificates, presentations, thumbnails, and digital creatives.
- Develop visually appealing educational and promotional content.
- Follow and maintain the institution's branding guidelines.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and requirements.

Basic Social Media Handling

- Assist in managing the institution's social media pages.
- Prepare and schedule basic social media posts and content.
- Coordinate with the team to collect relevant photos, videos, announcements, and updates.
- Assist in creating content calendars and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor basic engagement and identify content that performs well.
- Stay updated with basic social media trends, formats, and content styles.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,



Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, thumbnails, captions, and social media specifications.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into engaging visual content.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree/Certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, Film Making, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with an educational institution, school, college, university, coaching institute, or training organization will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of photography/videography will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
