What You Will Do

- Create visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, website and other platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels and campaigns.
- Edit reels, project films and short-form videos.
- Edit architectural and lighting photography.
- Create presentations, portfolios and project communication material.
- Develop graphics, layouts, typography and visual compositions.
- Assist in developing visual concepts for projects and campaigns.
- Organise and maintain photography, video and design assets.
- Collaborate with designers and the marketing team.
- Develop visual stories around projects, materials, spaces and light.
- Assist with motion graphics and animation where required.

Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent software.
- Strong visual judgement and attention to detail.
- Ability to create sophisticated and visually coherent work.
- A portfolio demonstrating design and/or video work.





BIG PLUS: PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY Candidates who can also shoot photographs and videos will be strongly preferred.

Experience with

- DSLR / mirrorless cameras
- Architectural photography
- Videography
- Gimbal
- Basic video lighting
- Drone photography / videography

will be an added advantage. You do not need to be an expert in everything. A strong visual eye and willingness to learn are more important.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply know how to operate design software.

We want someone who notices light, shadow, composition, texture, proportion, movement and atmosphere.

Someone who can look at a building and understand how to tell its story visually.

Architecture, interiors, photography, film, art or fashion interests are all welcome.

Portfolio is mandatory.

Salary: Based on qualification, skills and portfolio.

Pay: ₹10,313.62 - ₹40,732.70 per month
