Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to create and manage engaging video content and visual assets that showcase IRS's drone and robotics products and brand story. The candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and publishing video content, along with supporting graphic design needs for posters and creatives across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage weekly content calendars for video and social media content.
- Shoot on-field drone footage and product demonstration videos.
- Edit videos for reels, YouTube, and other social platforms using Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Design posters, creatives, and graphics using Canva and Photoshop.
- Appear on camera when required to explain products and represent the brand in videos.
- Publish content across social media platforms and track performance.




- Coordinate with the marketing and R&D; teams to source accurate product information for content.
- Maintain a content library of raw and edited footage, and design assets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, content creation, or graphic design.
- Strong command of Premiere Pro or any professional video editing software.
- Hands-on proficiency with Canva and Photoshop.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and understanding of what performs well on social media.
- Confidence on camera and ability to represent the brand in video content.
- Ability to manage shooting, editing, and publishing independently.
- Good time management skills to consistently meet content calendar deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Any Bachelor's degree; background in Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates must have completed their graduation.
- A robust portfolio of edited videos and design work will be given priority.
