Estate Routes is a fast-growing real estate platform specializing in premium property solutions across Delhi NCR. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling content that strengthens our brand presence and drives engagement across digital platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented professional with expertise in both graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating high-quality marketing creatives, editing engaging videos, managing on-ground shoots, and leveraging modern AI tools to enhance content production.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Design social media posts, ad creatives, carousels, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Create print-ready and digital-ready designs.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing campaigns.

Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, property walkthroughs, testimonials, and brand films.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, and visual effects.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement.
- Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta advertising platforms.

Video Shoots & Production
- Plan and execute on-site shoots for property projects and brand content.
- Handle basic camera setups, lighting, framing, gimbals, microphones, and related equipment.




- Coordinate with team members and on-screen talent during shoots.
- Ensure all required footage is captured efficiently.

Creative & Trend Research
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and design aesthetics.
- Identify and implement trending audio and content styles.
- Experiment with innovative visual storytelling techniques.

AI Tools & Innovation
- Utilize AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, CapCut AI, and similar platforms.
- Enhance productivity through AI-assisted design, editing, motion graphics, and content generation.
- Present fresh content ideas and creative trends regularly.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
- Understanding of typography, branding, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or digital marketing industries will be preferred.
