About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand vision to life across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create visual assets, graphics, and layouts that engage audiences and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, design, and produce visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Create eye-catching illustrations, logos, infographics, and promotional layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Prepare final artwork files for digital production and commercial printing processes.
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while continuously finding innovative ways to evolve our brand identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and brand standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Portfolio: A solid portfolio of graphic design work demonstrating a keen eye for typography, layout, color theory,



and visual branding (required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design/prototyping tools like Figma or Canva.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, digital media requirements, print preparation, and web graphics standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent visual communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accept constructive feedback and iterate quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles.
- Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) or motion graphics.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and photography editing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
