Role Description The Graphic Designer role at TechGrah Innovations is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Lucknow Area.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for eLearning modules, digital products, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing graphics, logos, and layouts; preparing design drafts and mockups; collaborating with content, product, and marketing teams; and refining visuals based on feedback. The role also involves maintaining consistent branding across multiple platforms,



selecting appropriate typography and color palettes, and preparing files optimized for web and digital delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Graphic Design and creating professional-quality Graphics for digital and eLearning environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for products and clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces that enhance readability and visual impact.
- Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) and have experience designing for web and digital platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work, attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; experience in eLearning or educational technology design is an added advantage.
