Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for visual design and motion graphics? Do you thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments like investments, trading, CFDs, and stock markets? If yes, we want you on our foundational team!

? Role: Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist

? Shift Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST (Aligned with UAE business hours)

? Experience: 3–5+ Years (Niche industry preference)

? INDUSTRY PREFERENCE:

Direct background designing assets or editing videos within Stock Markets, Financial Services, Trading, CFDs, or Fintech ecosystems is highly preferred. You must understand how to translate complex financial concepts into clean, modern visual stories.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Digital & Ad Campaigns: Develop engaging designs for performance ads, Meta/LinkedIn campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Motion & Reels: Create high-impact motion graphics, short-form videos, animations, reels, and interactive GIFs.
- YouTube & Podcasting:



Produce and edit long-form videos for YouTube, brand explainers, and support podcast production with custom intro/outro animations and high-CTR thumbnails.
- Web Experience: Support UI/UX design architectures, landing page creation, and asset layouts inside Figma.
- Brand Custodian: Maintain and evolve a premium global wealth management brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

?️ Required Technical Tool Stack:

- Adobe Creative Suite: High proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Digital Workspace Tools: Figma, Canva, and CapCut.

? Soft Skills:

- Sharp attention to detail, visual accuracy, and cross-platform resolution mapping.
- Ability to execute high-quality assets under tight, deadline-driven market environments.
- Strong communication, structural collaboration, and self-motivated layout ownership.
