? About the Role

We are looking for a Pure Graphic Designer who is genuinely passionate about design and wants to focus only on designing.

This role is specifically for someone who has strong hands-on experience creating social media creatives, branding designs, advertisements and other visual content. We are not looking for a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Video Editor, Prompt Engineer or a candidate whose primary work is AI-generated design.

We need a designer who understands what works visually across different industries and stays updated with current social media design trends, creative styles and changing audience preferences.

? Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, banners and branding materials
- Develop creative concepts based on the client's industry, brand identity and target audience
- Work with clients from different industries and adapt designs according to their requirements
- Understand and implement current social media design trends

Stay updated with trending layouts, typography, visual styles, creative formats and design approaches




- Create designs that are not only attractive but also relevant to the client's industry and current market trends
- Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and originality
- Collaborate with the Content, Social Media and Marketing teams to convert ideas into effective visual creatives
- Handle multiple client projects and deliver designs within deadlines

Maintain consistency in the visual identity of different brands

? What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of professional Graphic Design experience

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva knowledge is an added advantage
- Experience working with multiple industries/brands is highly preferred

Solid understanding of social media design trends
- Ability to identify what type of creative works for different industries and audiences
- Strong knowledge of composition, typography, colour, layout and branding
- Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to conceptualise and create designs independently
- Strong portfolio demonstrating original graphic design work
