About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual communication across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced creative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, and other brand communication.
- Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, social media teams, and account managers to develop campaign ideas.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually engaging designs.
- Create static posts, carousels, banners, campaign creatives, and other digital assets.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh visual ideas to the table.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and digital content formats.




- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Take feedback positively and incorporate revisions efficiently.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, advertising, media, or creative environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge and/or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs from scratch rather than relying solely on templates.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to Have
- Motion graphics/video editing skills.
- Basic understanding of AI design tools.
- Experience working on social media campaigns and digital-first content.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
