Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong creative mind—someone who can not only design what is asked, but also think of what should be created next. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with creative thinking, curiosity and an understanding of digital content.

Key Responsibilities

· Create high-quality static creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

· Design engaging Instagram carousels and visual storytelling posts.

· Develop campaign creatives, announcements, event communication and promotional assets.

· Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.

· Translate marketing objectives and simple briefs into strong visual concepts.

· Suggest new campaign ideas, creative formats and visual directions.

· Create concepts around architecture, nature, lifestyle, community and real estate.

· Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine creative campaigns.

· Explore current social media trends and adapt relevant ideas intelligently for the brand.





· Maintain consistency with Leonaara's premium brand identity.

· Use AI-assisted creative tools where they can improve ideation, speed or output quality.

Skills & Technical Requirements

· Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

· Working knowledge of InDesign and/or Figma is an advantage.

· Comfortable with Canva and contemporary content creation tools.

· Knowledge of AI-assisted creative/design tools.

· Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.

· Good understanding of social media design specifications and formats.

· Basic motion/video design skills are an advantage.
