We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer files and processing the orders on given time, redesigning or recreating artwork when required, and ensuring that the final output is suitable for high-quality printing.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of print file standards (bleed, margins, resolution, color profiles).
- Good communication skills (English required; Hindi added advantage).
- Ability to work under deadlines and multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate and ensure the quality of customer files for print suitability.
- Handle store and local printing jobs and deliver within committed timelines.
- Process jobs based on priority (Urgent / Rapid Track orders).
- Mark orders Kept on Hold (KOH) if the file is not suitable for production and notify the customer.
- Make a call to inform cx regarding the design related queries.




- Redesign or adjust artwork based on product specifications to make it print-ready.
- Recreate logos or complete designs when the customer does not have the source file.
- Prioritize and resolve Error in File jobs at the earliest.
- Communicate with customers regarding file issues, specifications, and alternate options.
- Coordinate with the support team for technical clarifications to guide customers correctly.
- Share mock previews with customers and clearly mention any possible print limitations or color variations.
- Handle bulk order design requirements efficiently.

- Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply.
- Training and guidance will be provided.
