Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time in a remote capacity, creating visual assets that support clients’ social media and brand strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics and layouts for social media posts, advertisements, and digital campaigns, as well as developing logos and visual identities for local brands. The role involves collaborating with account and content teams to translate brand stories into clear, compelling visual concepts, maintaining design consistency across platforms, and preparing files optimized for digital use.

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, refine design concepts based on feedback, and stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to social media and branding.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and social media work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the creation of cohesive visual identities for businesses.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to pair typefaces and create clear, readable designs.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality work on deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in a remote team setting.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to iterate based on client and internal feedback.
- Previous experience designing for social media platforms or digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
