About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern who understands and appreciates Dream Monks’s bold, performance-driven design language. This role is ideal for someone who can translate brand identity into compelling visuals across multiple consumer touch points static and motion.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and adapt creatives for:
- Social media (Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
- CRM (emailers, push notifications, app banners)
- Banners
- Create basic motion graphics and video edits for social and digital campaigns
- Assist in developing short-form video content (reels, stories, ads)
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all formats
- Work on quick turnarounds for real-time and reactive content
- Support senior designers and marketing teams on ongoing campaigns

Required Skills

Proficiency in

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (for video editing)
- Adobe InDesign (positive to have)

Understanding of

- Social-first video formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
- E-commerce and marketplace design requirements
