About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team.

This role is ideal for freshers and early-career designers who are passionate about visual storytelling, advanced image manipulation, and working with modern AI-powered design tools.

The selected candidate will work on high-quality visuals for digital campaigns, branding, marketing assets, fashion catalogues, and AI-powered visual content, with exposure to leading fashion and lifestyle brands.

Required Software & AI Skills - Mandatory:

- Adobe Photoshop Mandatory
- Hands-on knowledge of Chat GPT and/or Gemini Mandatory
- Understanding of AI-powered creative workflows
- Basic knowledge of prompt-based image generation and prompt writing

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality graphics and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop.
- Perform advanced image manipulation and retouching, including the use of Liquify tools.
- Apply professional color correction, enhancement, and image cleanup techniques.
- Maintain accurate perspective, proportion, composition, lighting, and shadows to create realistic visuals.
- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools for creative ideation, image generation, prompt development, and design enhancement.
- Experiment with AI-powered workflows to improve creative quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Manage multiple assignments and complete projects within deadlines.
- Continuously learn and explore new AI and design technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:





- Strong creative mindset and visual storytelling ability.
- Positive understanding of image composition, perspective, lighting, and color.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and visual editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Skills - Good to Have:

- Photoshop Generative AI
- Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Grok, MNML, Magnific or similar AI tools
- Knowledge of Maya, KeyShot, or CLO 3D
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience with AI-assisted image generation or creative enhancement
