Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Vadakara.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print platforms, including marketing materials, social media graphics, course promotion materials, and institutional branding.

Responsibilities include developing and refining logos, maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, and designing layouts and typography that support clear communication of training programs and initiatives.



The role involves collaborating with trainers, marketing teams, and management to translate educational and promotional concepts into compelling visual designs.

The Graphic

Designer will also prepare files for production, manage design revisions, and ensure all visuals align with Foster Academy’s mission and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to create clear, readable, and engaging text layouts.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret briefs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Solid attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously on-site.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, preferably including educational or institutional projects.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
