About The Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at Wander Hearts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital assets for various platforms including web, social media, and marketing campaigns. Your work will involve designing graphics, logos, and branded visuals that align with the company's identity and storytelling approach.

Additionally, you will edit video content such as trailers, highlights, and social media clips to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will be essential to refine creative concepts, ensure consistent branding, and deliver content that resonates with the target audience. The role offers flexibility to work from home, provided deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,



and After Effects, is essential. Familiarity with Figma and Canva is advantageous.

The candidate should have excellent typography skills, a solid understanding of color theory, and experience creating motion graphics. Strong knowledge of social media content creation, branding, and visual identity is required. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Effective communication skills and openness to feedback are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create static social media posts tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Design engaging carousel posts and Instagram Stories to boost user interaction.
- Develop advertisements for Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms to support marketing campaigns.
- Design website graphics, landing pages, banners, and promotional materials to enhance brand presence.
- Create icons, illustrations, and UI assets as needed to support various projects.
- Maintain consistency with Wander Hearts’ brand guidelines across all visual content.

Video Editing

- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to maximize social media reach.
- Produce promotional videos and product demos that effectively communicate platform features and experiences.
- Incorporate motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality.
- Optimize videos for social media performance,



ensuring they meet platform specifications and best practices.

Brand Responsibilities

- Ensure all creative output aligns with Wander Hearts’ premium brand identity and values.
- Stay updated on creative trends and bring innovative ideas to the team regularly.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and founder teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
- Organize and manage design files and project assets efficiently for seamless workflow.
