Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site in Bhopal in a full-time capacity, creating visual assets that support branding, marketing campaigns, and digital communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for web and social media, developing logos and brand identities, and producing layouts for digital and print materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to translate strategic objectives into clear,



engaging visual concepts.

The Graphic

Designer will maintain consistent visual standards across all touchpoints, select appropriate typography, and prepare files optimized for various platforms. The position also includes iterating on designs based on feedback and staying current with design trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in graphic design, with proficiency in creating professional graphics and layouts.
- Experience with logo design and branding, including developing cohesive visual identities.
- Skill in typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand tone.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work across digital and print formats.
