Role Description The Graphic Designer cum Video Editor will work full time in office in Ghaziabad, creating visual assets and video content for marketing, branding, Presentations and event-related initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for digital and print channels, developing logos and brand elements, and preparing layouts that align with brand guidelines. The role involves editing and assembling video footage, adding motion graphics, text overlays, and sound to produce engaging videos for social media, campaigns, and presentations.

The individual will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, refine concepts, and ensure timely delivery of design and video projects. The role also includes maintaining a consistent visual identity across all materials and optimizing content for various platforms.

Probation Period:



3 months (performance-based confirmation)

Probation Period Salary: 30,000 INR per month (Including Everything)

Salary After Probation Period: 35,000 INR

Employment Type: Full-Time (with flexibility during peak event seasons)

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Graphics and Graphic Design skills, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess Logo Design, Presentation design and Branding skills, including the ability to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess Typography skills, with an eye for layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is required.
- Ability to follow creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
