Graphic Designer & Creative Content Associate

Experience: 3–4 Years

About the Role: Basil Global is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience in developing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a solid portfolio, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, and the ability to work across diverse industries including Healthcare, Hospitality, and Consumer Durables.

Key Responsibilities-

● Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.

● Develop visually appealing brand assets while ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

● Leverage AI-powered design and content creation tools to enhance creative output and efficiency.

● Create and edit short-form video content, reels, promotional videos, and motion graphics as required.

● Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into impactful visual concepts.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

● Stay updated on emerging design trends, industry best practices, and evolving AI technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications





● 3–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design or a related creative field.

● Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

● Proficiency in Canva and other modern design platforms.

● Hands-on experience using AI tools for design, image generation, content creation, and workflow enhancement.

● Basic to intermediate video editing skills with the ability to create engaging digital content.

● Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.

● Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience

● Experience working with Healthcare, Hospitality, and Consumer Durable brands.

● A strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.

● Familiarity with digital marketing and content-driven design strategies.
