We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to create engaging and high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing ideas into compelling designs that align with our brand identity

Role & responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital advertisements, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Create brochures, flyers, banners, standees, product catalogues, posters, presentations, packaging, and other promotional materials.
- Develop emailers, web banners, landing page creatives, and e-commerce graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, and Sales teams to develop campaign concepts and promotional visuals.
- Edit and retouch product images and lifestyle photographs for marketing and online platforms.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors whenever required.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high quality standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, typography, and industry best practices.
- Organize and maintain design assets and brand files.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts,



Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or brand-side experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design expertise (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Canva and Figma will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Video editing for social media and digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of AI-based design tools and creative automation.
- Experience designing for Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
