This role demands a creative thinker who can craft compelling digital experiences & brand identities. You should be confident, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly across diverse projects.

Requirements:

- Minimum: 4 years of experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio with demonstrated experience in digital design
- Strong visual storytelling and brand strategy abilities
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Bonus: Experience in motion design & Figma

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of projects from concept to execution.




- Translate briefs and strategy into clear, expressive design concepts aligned with brand identity.
- Build brand assets, toolkits, and guidelines that ensure consistency without rigidity.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong creative culture.
- Present ideas and concepts confidently to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats and platform guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of craft while juggling timelines, cross-project priorities, and experimenting with AI tools (Mid Journey, Google Nano Banana, ChatGPT, etc) for faster workflows.

Work Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Remote (Work From Home) | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

This is a remote role, so you'll need the infrastructure to work effectively.
