Role Description The Graphic Design Intern will support the design needs of Big Bean Cafe’s roastery and cafe outlets through visual content creation for both digital and in-store branding. This internship role is on-site and based in Bengaluru, with day-to-day responsibilities including designing social media creatives, menu boards, posters, packaging elements, and event collaterals that reflect the brand’s identity and coffee story.



The intern will collaborate with marketing and cafe teams to translate briefed concepts into clear visual designs, assist in maintaining brand consistency across channels, and prepare files for print and digital publication.

The role may also involve basic photography or asset sourcing, organizing design assets, and contributing creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or similar design software.
- Ability to create clear layouts for social media posts, posters, menus, and packaging.
- Basic understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and cafe teams on-site.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, especially in branding, social media creatives, or print materials.
- Interest in coffee culture, food and beverage branding, or hospitality design is an advantage.
