About the Role

As a Graduate Trainee – Business Research & Strategy, you will play a key role in identifying and evaluating business opportunities from U.S. Government procurement portals. You will analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), assess business fit, and prepare executive summaries to support leadership in making Go/No-Go bidding decisions.

This role offers excellent exposure to international business development, market intelligence, strategic decision-making, and proposal lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Research U.S. Government procurement websites to identify relevant business opportunities.
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and related solicitation documents.
- Understand client requirements, scope of work, eligibility criteria, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate opportunities based on predefined qualification parameters.
- Prepare concise and well-structured opportunity summaries for leadership review.
- Highlight key risks, compliance requirements, submission deadlines,



and business potential.
- Maintain opportunity trackers and research databases.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Proposal teams during the bid qualification process.
- Stay updated with procurement trends and new business opportunities.
