Graduate Trainee Engineer QUALITY, PRODUCTION and DESIGN

DEPARTMENT: Quality / Design / Production

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for highly motivated Mechanical and Electrical Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our team. The selected candidates will work across key departments such as Production, Planning, Quality Assurance, Design Engineering, and Purchase. This program is designed to provide hands-on technical exposure and develop future engineers for critical roles in the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Production / Manufacturing

- Assist in day-to-day production operations.
- Support machine operation planning and workflow improvement.
- Monitor production activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with supervisors to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

2. Quality Assurance / Quality Control

- Support incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Work with the QA team to implement quality standards (ISO, 5S, etc.).

3. Design & Engineering

- Assist in preparing 2D/3D models and detailed engineering drawings.
- Work on BOM creation, product design revisions,



and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with the production team for design feasibility.
- Use CAD tools such as AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo (as per company tools).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
- Year of Passing: 2023 / 2024 / 2025 (Freshers).
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

JOB TYPES: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

PAY:

216,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year
