About the RoleAre you a Google Workspace pro who loves streamlining workflows and solving technical puzzles? We are looking for a detail-oriented Google Workspace Specialist to join our team in-office at our Thane (Manpada) location.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our cloud ecosystem, optimizing our collaborative tools, and executing seamless data migrations from various legacy platforms to Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities

- Workspace Administration: Manage and maintain the Google Workspace Admin Console, user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and access permissions.

- Data Migration: Plan and execute secure data migrations from various external platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, IMAP/POP3 email servers, local file servers, or legacy cloud drives) into Google Workspace.

- Architecture & Storage: Design, organize, and enforce structure for Google Drive and Shared Drives to ensure secure, efficient data sharing and data loss prevention (DLP).

- Advanced Tool Utilization: Leverage advanced features within Google Docs, Sheets, Slides,



and Forms (including formulas, automation, and script integrations where applicable) to improve business workflows.

- Support & Optimization: Act as a proactive problem-solver, providing technical support, troubleshooting user issues, and training team members to maximize tool adoption.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Workspace administration and Drive architecture.

- Migration Expertise: Proven experience performing data migrations from third-party platforms to Google Workspace with minimal downtime.

- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for helping others navigate technical hurdles.

- Communication: Explicit verbal and written communication skills to document processes and guide team members.
