Responsibility
Design Digital Workplace solutions centered on Google Workspace
Define migration and transformation strategies
Create target operating models (TOM) and service Support PoCs, demos, and solution validation exercises
Google Workspace Ecosystem Must Have Skills: GCP, Presales, Google Workspace, Digital Workplace
Good to have
AI-powered workplace capabilities (Google Gemini / Duet AI)
User adoption and change management programs
Experience in multi-cloud workplace environments (Microsoft 365 + Google Workspace coexistence)
Location: Pan India
Experience: 12 to 20 years
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech , BSC, BA, MBA, M.Tech, BCA, MSC
Certification
Professional Google Workspace Administrator
Google Cloud Qualified Architect
Eligibility Qualification
Minimum 6–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in Digital Workplace / Collaboration solutioning
Rich experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
Prior experience in Google Workspace solutioning or large-scale migration programs
Experience working in System Integrators / Managed Services providers (preferred)
Knowledge of: Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD, Google Identity)
Endpoint Management (Chrome, mobile device management)
Messaging coexistence and migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, Google tools)
Hybrid environments (On-prem AD, Exchange, file servers integration)
Security & compliance (DLP, eDiscovery, retention, encryption)
APIs, scripting, and automation capabilities
