DMR Digital Marketing Rajasthan is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for our clients.

? What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of Lead Generation & E-commerce campaigns
- Experience with campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting & retargeting
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPL, CPA & conversions
- Experience in creating effective ad strategies and scaling campaigns
- E-commerce experience is a must
- Solid analytical and reporting skills

? Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch and manage Google & Meta advertising campaigns
- Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns




- Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research
- Manage budgets and improve campaign ROI
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights
- Develop strategies to scale successful campaigns
