**Software Compliance & Mediation Executive: Noida

Overview:

Jotwani Law Offices works closely with leading global software publishers to help address software piracy and promote fair usage. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator, a patient listener, and a practical problem-solver—someone who can connect with people, understand their situation, and guide them toward compliance in a respectful and effective way.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with assigned leads and respond to queries related to software usage and licensing.
2. Reach out to organisations using unlicensed software and initiate constructive conversations around compliance.
3. Act as a mediator to resolve concerns and help both parties arrive at a fair and workable solution.
4. Communicate clearly and professionally over calls, emails, and WhatsApp with clients and stakeholders.
5. Where appropriate, support the transition from unlicensed to properly licensed software in a smooth and cooperative manner.
6. Maintain organised records of conversations,



follow-ups, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required.
2. Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A calm, practical approach to handling conversations and resolving concerns.
4. Any prior exposure to compliance, legal processes, or client-facing roles will be an added advantage.

Experience: 5+ years

Location:

Full-time position based at our Noida office.
