Mrs India International Queen is looking for an experienced Google & YouTube Ads Expert to drive high-quality leads, registrations, brand awareness, reach and engagement through powerful performance-marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube Video Ads and conversion-focused campaigns, with the ability to identify high-intent audiences and scale campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠ ⁠Plan, launch, manage and optimise Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns.
- ⁠ ⁠Develop strategies to generate maximum high-quality leads and registrations for MIIQ.
- ⁠ ⁠Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display, Discovery/Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns.
- ⁠ ⁠Conduct extensive keyword research, competitor analysis and audience research.
- ⁠ ⁠Develop high-intent targeting strategies for women interested in pageants, beauty, fashion, confidence, leadership and personal growth.
- ⁠ ⁠Create and optimise YouTube In-Stream, Shorts and video campaigns for maximum reach, engagement and conversions.
- ⁠ ⁠Build effective conversion funnels, remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
- ⁠ ⁠Optimise campaigns based on CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, ROAS and overall ROI.
- ⁠ ⁠Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- ⁠ ⁠Identify low-quality traffic and continuously improve targeting to increase qualified enquiries and registrations.
- ⁠ ⁠Conduct A/B testing of keywords, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, creatives and CTAs.
- ⁠ ⁠Develop remarketing strategies for website visitors, video viewers and previous leads.
- ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the Content, Creative, Sales and Telecalling teams to improve the complete lead-to-registration funnel.
- ⁠ ⁠Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- ⁠ ⁠Stay updated with Google Ads, YouTube, AI marketing tools, automation and changing advertising trends.

Must-Have Skills





- ⁠ ⁠4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen and YouTube Ads.
- ⁠ ⁠Google Ads certification is preferred.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies and conversion optimisation.
- ⁠ ⁠Robust understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and attribution.
- ⁠ ⁠Proven ability to generate high-quality leads at competitive CPL/CPA.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent understanding of customer journey, sales funnels and remarketing.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work with significant advertising budgets and scale successful campaigns.

Preferred Experience Experience in beauty, fashion, pageants, luxury, events, entertainment, women-focused businesses, education or premium services will be a strong advantage.
