Reinvent Digital is looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert to join our performance marketing team in Jaipur.

? Location: Jaipur

? Work Mode: On-site

? Experience: 3+ Years

? Healthcare / Agency Experience: Preferred

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage 4–8 client Google Ads accounts end-to-end.
- Develop and execute strategies across Search, Performance Max & Demand Gen.
- Plan budgets, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and growth roadmaps.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue.
- Handle GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, offline & enhanced conversions.
- Conduct regular account audits and identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.
- Manage Smart/Automated Bidding and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Use AI & automation for reporting, search-term analysis, ad-copy ideation, negative keywords, anomaly detection, and routine tasks.




- Collaborate with content, design, web/landing-page, and analytics teams.

- ✅ Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Robust expertise in Search, PMax & Demand Gen.
- Strong understanding of GA4 & GTM.
- Experience with conversion tracking and performance analytics.
- Proven track record in delivering qualified leads, ROAS, revenue, and business growth.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills.
- Ability to take complete ownership of accounts and performance.

- ⭐ Preferred

- Experience with healthcare / dental / multi-chain clinic accounts.
- Digital marketing agency experience.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Understanding of healthcare advertising policies and conversion limitations.
