Salary ■60,000 – ■70,000 per month (Based on skills and interview performance)

Experience Required

4–5 years of dedicated Golang development experience.

Candidates with primary experience in Golang will be preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Golang Developer who can independently design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, designing project architecture, and delivering clean, maintainable, and high-performance code by following modern software engineering practices. The candidate should be proactive, technically strong, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned modules with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

Design application architecture and project structure independently.

Develop high-performance backend applications using Golang.

Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Follow modern coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services.





Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Perform code reviews and maintain coding quality.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Golang with 4–5 years of hands-on experience.

Excellent understanding of Go concurrency.

Experience designing scalable backend applications.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs and gRPC.

Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with Git, clean architecture, and modern design principles.

Preferred Skills

Microservices architecture.

Docker and containerization.

Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ.

Temporal workflow experience is an advantage.

Cloud platform exposure is a plus. Candidate Expectations

Ability to design project structure with minimal guidance. Strong ownership and accountability. Good communication skills. Team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Candidate Ahmedabad or nearby candidates preferred. Immediate joiners are a plus. Must be comfortable working from the office in Gota, Ahmedabad.
