Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling first aid related to shop floor injuries.
- Maintaining records related to EHS & OHS.
- Taking shop floor rounds and discussing with female employees.
- Checking daily medicine stock and maintaining it as required.
- Daily coordination with tie-up hospitals, as required.
- Helping with the annual health check-up of female employees.
- Educating female employees regarding female health issues.
- Disposing of biomedical waste as per MPCB norms.
- Handling external and internal audits of the Occupational Health Center.
Key Competencies Required for the Job
- Valuable communication skills.
- Knowledge of first-aid treatment and medical emergencies.
- Knowledge of crash maintenance and operations.
- Teamwork.
- Computer knowledge.
