Role Description The GNM Nurse role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, preparing and managing patient rooms and equipment, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

The nurse will support patient education, counsel patients and families about care plans,



and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions. The role also involves participating in shift handovers, maintaining nursing standards, and contributing to continuous quality improvement in clinical services.

Qualifications

- Valid GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institution and current nursing registration with the appropriate council.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic emergency response.
- Knowledge of standard nursing procedures, infection control practices, and hospital safety protocols.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, manage multiple patients, and maintain accurate and timely nursing records.
- Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and respect for diverse backgrounds and patient needs.
- Basic computer literacy for handling electronic medical records and hospital information systems.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings in the Greater Delhi Area or similar environments is an advantage.
