Job Title: Backend Developer (Golang + Python)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly hands-on Backend Developer with experience in Golang and Python/Java to design and build scalable backend systems. This role requires strong coding expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on production-grade systems. You will be actively involved in writing clean, efficient code, designing APIs, and contributing to system architecture for high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs

Write high-quality, production-ready code in Golang and Python/Java

Build scalable and reliable systems with a focus on performance and efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems

Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability

Core Technical Requirements

Golang (Primary Focus)

Solid hands-on experience in Go programming Deep understanding of: Goroutines and concurrency patterns Channels and synchronization (mutexes, wait groups, etc.)

Proven experience in building backend services or microservices using Go Strong coding skills with emphasis on:



Performance optimization Error handling Writing clean, maintainable code

Good understanding of REST API design Familiarity with gRPC and Prometheus (good to have, not mandatory)

Python/Java

Strong experience in backend development using Python/Java

Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs

Strong understanding of: Database design (SQL/NoSQL) API security, authentication, and authorization Ability to write efficient, scalable backend logic Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Experience with distributed systems and messaging queues

Familiarity with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
