We’re hiring: Guidance, Navigation & Control Engineer (GNC) — Autonomous Underwater Vehicles

Altair Infrasec is looking for a skilled GNC Engineer to design, develop, implement, and validate autonomous control systems for underwater vehicles / AUVs.

The role involves working across vehicle modelling, control-system design, trajectory generation, navigation, state estimation, sensor fusion, embedded real-time software, MATLAB/Simulink simulation, hardware integration, SIL/PIL/HIL testing, field trials, and engineering documentation.

Key skills: Guidance, Navigation & Control, Vehicle Dynamics, MATLAB/Simulink, State Estimation, Sensor Fusion, INS, Kalman Filtering, Embedded C/C++, Model-Based Development, SIL/PIL/HIL, AUVs, Marine Robotics.

Candidates with experience in autonomous underwater vehicles, marine robotics, aerospace/defense systems, autopilots, motion-control systems, sea trials, or mission-critical autonomous platforms will be preferred.
