We're seeking a Upstream Planning Transformation Lead, the transformation of our end-to-end supply chain planning for Project and Equipment. - Design and execute transformation initiatives that streamline supply chain planning and improve responsiveness
- Identify process bottlenecks through data analysis and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and lead change management efforts
- Track performance metrics to ensure initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver continuous improvement
