Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Global Talent Management & IT Recruitment Specialist.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and interview processes.
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management and recruitment.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in talent management,



preferably in a global or international organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with HR systems and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and performance management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of the recruitment process, including employment laws and regulations.

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred Shift: Rotational shift (every 3 months)
