Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Global Recruiter – LinkedIn Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage qualified candidates across international markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, talent mapping, candidate outreach, and end-to-end recruitment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of global hiring markets, and the ability to recruit across multiple roles, industries, and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates globally using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional platforms.
- Develop effective Boolean and keyword searches based on job requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Recruit for technical, non-technical, leadership, and niche positions across different industries.
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess experience, skills, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and role suitability.
- Create personalized LinkedIn messages and follow-up campaigns to improve candidate response rates.
- Manage LinkedIn projects, talent pools, pipelines, and candidate notes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Share market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, competitor hiring, and location-specific trends.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple countries and time zones.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track sourcing activity, response rates, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Update candidate information and recruitment status in the applicant tracking system or recruitment database.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Follow applicable data privacy, confidentiality, and recruitment compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or international hiring.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search, keyword sourcing, filters, and talent mapping.
- Experience recruiting candidates across multiple countries or regions.
- Ability to understand and work on diverse technical and non-technical requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Solid candidate engagement, screening, and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting across North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, or Latin America.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies, staffing companies, RPOs, or global organizations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM platforms.
- Experience sourcing for IT, AI, data science, engineering, sales, operations, healthcare, finance, or other specialized roles.
- Knowledge of international hiring practices and regional talent markets.
- Experience with additional sourcing platforms, job boards, professional communities, and social media channels.
