Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage global client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to drive business results.
- Collaborate with HR operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including performance management processes.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, resolving conflicts and issues promptly.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years' experience in Global Client Management or similar role within an IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Proven track record in managing multiple clients simultaneously, delivering exceptional service quality.
- Solid understanding of HR Operations, including Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations best practices.
