Role Description The German Language Trainer will deliver structured German language instruction to students and young professionals preparing for Ausbildung and other career opportunities in Germany. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dadri and involves planning lessons, developing teaching materials, conducting classroom sessions, and assessing learner progress through tests, assignments, and interactive activities.

The trainer will focus on building learners’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with an emphasis on practical communication and exam readiness for recognized proficiency levels (e.g., A1–B2).

Responsibilities include maintaining learner records,



providing individual feedback and remedial support, collaborating with counseling and placement teams to align language training with program requirements, and organizing workshops or practice sessions related to German workplace culture and professional communication. The trainer is also expected to stay updated on best practices in language pedagogy and contribute to continuous improvement of the training curriculum.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid German language proficiency (preferably B2 level or higher, with relevant certification such as Goethe, Telc, or TestDaF).
- Candidates should possess skills in language teaching methodologies, lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess clear communication skills, the ability to explain complex concepts simply, and strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy skills for using online teaching tools, presentation software, and learning management or documentation systems.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of German culture, workplace norms, and vocational training structures, especially related to Ausbildung.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or a related field is preferred; formal training in German language teaching (e.g., DaF/DaZ) is an added advantage.
- Prior experience as a German language instructor or trainer in an academic or corporate setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida Sec 58, maintain consistent schedules, and support learners with diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.
