Orfiq AI Solutions Ltd is Looking for:**** Orfiq AI Solutions is building iCAMS (Intelligent Central Academic Management System) — an AI-first SaaS platform for medical, dental, and allied health education institutions globally. As a Generative AI Engineer , you will take ownership of the full AI engineering lifecycle, scaling existing agentic and RAG pipelines from prototype to enterprise grade while building new LLM-powered workflows that power the product's core capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and scale multi-agent LLM systems using Pydantic AI or equivalent agentic frameworks
- Maintain and evolve RAG pipelines (document-level and chunk-level) powered by Astra DB and Neo4j curriculum knowledge graphs
- Build and maintain FastAPI-based AI microservices deployed on Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, Azure Container Apps)
- Develop multimodal AI workflows that process and reason over images, videos, and documents alongside text
- Own the AI workflow deployment lifecycle in close collaboration with the DevOps engineer
- Contribute to new product areas including LLM Wiki / knowledge repository and intelligent calendar systems
- Establish data archival strategies, token usage monitoring, and production-grade reliability for all AI components
- Work in an agile environment with cross-functional global teams

Must-Have Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI application development — not traditional ML/DS with a recent pivot
- Proven experience building multi-agent LLM systems using any major framework (Pydantic AI, LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, Claude SDK, or similar)




- Strong Python development skills — production-grade, not scripting only
- FastAPI — building and maintaining AI-facing APIs in production
- RAG pipeline experience — document-level and chunk-level retrieval, embedding, and vector search
- Knowledge Graph experience — Neo4j or equivalent, ideally graph-augmented retrieval
- Azure deployment experience — APIs, microservices, or container apps
- Vector database experience — Astra DB or equivalent at production scale
- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.S. in Engineering or Computer Science

Good-to-Have

- Hands-on experience with Pydantic AI specifically (current orchestration layer at Orfiq)
- Multimodal AI workflow experience (images, video, documents)
- Background in Healthcare, EdTech, or LMS platforms
- MLOps or LLM deployment at scale
- Experience with fine-tuning or custom LLM training
- Familiarity with data privacy, model bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
- Cosmos DB experience
