Role Description As a General Manager at Revolutionizing Workplace, you will lead the overall operations, strategy execution, and growth of the organization. You will oversee consulting delivery, manage client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals. The role involves developing business plans, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and improving internal processes and workflows.





You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team, supporting business development initiatives, and representing the organization in key stakeholder meetings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience motivating and developing diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, operations management, and performance tracking to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with founders, HR leaders, and operations teams.
- Experience in consulting, workplace strategy, organizational development, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated capability in process improvement, change management, and building scalable systems and workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
