We are looking for an experienced General Manager Garment PPC to lead Production Planning & Control for our Denim business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end PPC and production planning for Denim garment manufacturing.
- Plan production based on orders, capacity, manpower, machines, and delivery requirements.
- Ensure on-time production and shipment as per customer commitments.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans and track Plan vs. Actual.
- Manage capacity planning, line loading, line balancing, WIP and production schedules.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, Quality, Fabric, Trims, Washing and Finishing teams.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective/recovery plans.
- Drive improvement in productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization and lead time.
- Prepare and review PPC MIS,



dashboards and key performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor the PPC team and drive effective planning processes.

Candidate Profile

- 18-23 years of experience in Denim Garment PPC.
- Robust experience in Denim garment manufacturing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of capacity planning, production scheduling and order execution.
- Strong understanding of Denim processes including washing and finishing.
- Experience in handling large-scale garment manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP/MIS and production planning systems.
- Graduate in Textile / Apparel / Garment Technology / Engineering or related field.
