Job Summary

Sri Lakshmi Automobiles World is looking for an experienced General Manager – Service Operations to manage and improve the overall performance of Mahindra Authorized Service Centres.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall Mahindra service operations.

Achieve monthly service revenue, RO, labour and spare parts targets.

Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency and bay utilization.

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.

Monitor service quality, repeat repairs, warranty and customer complaints.

Review daily, weekly and monthly MIS and operational reports.

Manage and develop Works Managers, Service Managers, Service Advisors and technicians.

Ensure compliance with Mahindra OEM processes, standards and safety requirements.

Control workshop expenses and improve service profitability.

Coordinate with Sales, Spares, CRM, Accounts and HR teams.

Develop fleet and corporate customer relationships.

Identify opportunities to increase service revenue and customer retention.

Visit service locations regularly and provide operational support.

Eligibility

Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in automobile service operations.

Experience in Mahindra service operations is preferred.

Strong knowledge of workshop management, KPIs, MIS, warranty and customer handling.

Good leadership, communication and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and DMS/ERP systems.

Valid Driving Licence preferred.
