The General Manager – Consumer Durables (GM–CD Sales)

It is the strategic and operational head of myG's Consumer Electronics Business, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, market leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across the Consumer Electronics vertical. Reporting directly to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), the role owns the complete Profit & Loss (P&L;) of the Consumer Durables and Electronics business and provides strategic direction for sales, category growth, after-sales service, brand partnerships, customer experience, and business expansion. The incumbent leads the Regional CD&E; Sales organization and the Care & Connect Department to ensure seamless integration of sales, customer service, marketing support, inventory optimization, and operational excellence.

The role serves as the primary business leader for Consumer Electronics by developing long-term strategies, strengthening relationships with leading brands, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring myG remains the preferred destination for Consumer Electronics across Kerala, and Mahe markets.
