Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and experienced General Manager – Catering &

- Banquets to lead and oversee all catering and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team while maintaining quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall catering and banquet operations.

- Plan, organize, and execute weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and private functions.

- Develop business strategies to increase banquet and catering revenue.

- Meet with clients to understand event requirements and ensure seamless execution.

- Coordinate with kitchen, service, housekeeping, purchase, and operations teams.

- Monitor event quality, food presentation, service standards, and guest satisfaction.

- Recruit, train, and supervise banquet and catering staff.

- Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and maximize profitability.

- Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and vendors.

- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.





- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.

- Prepare operational reports and analyze business performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

- 5–8 years of experience in catering, banquet, or hospitality operations, including leadership experience.

- Strong business development and operational management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

- Ability to lead large teams and manage multiple events simultaneously.
