GM – Business Development & Sales | North India

? Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh | Division: Engineered Infrastructure

Reporting to: COO

Z-Tech India Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales professional to drive business growth across the North Indian region, with a strong focus on infrastructure and geotechnical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales revenue, profitability and credit control across the region.

Identify and develop business opportunities across Water, Hill Slopes, Roads & Embankments and related infrastructure segments.

Build strong relationships with WRD, PWD, NHAI, NHIDCL, NHPC, BRO, PSUs, contractors and engineering consultants.

Identify government, semi-government and PSU tender opportunities and lead the groundwork for successful bids.

Strengthen Z-Tech’s market presence, credentials and client network across North India.

Build a strong network of applicators and subcontractors for project execution.





Safeguard company interests and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Identify, develop and lead the regional team in line with business growth requirements.

Track competitor activities, market trends and provide regular market intelligence and MIS.

What We’re Looking For

? B.Tech (Civil) / M.Tech / MBA preferred

? 10–12 years of experience in Business Development within the construction/infrastructure industry

? Minimum 5 years of experience in Geosynthetics / Geotechnical industry

? Strong understanding of the North Indian infrastructure market

? Proven experience in government/PSU business development and tendering
