Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end strategy and management consulting engagements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare clients across Central Eastern Europe (CEE).

The Senior

Consultant will act as the primary client-facing lead, managing consulting engagements across a broad range of strategic topics including market assessments, market landscape analyses, competitive benchmarking, go-to-market strategy, commercial excellence, portfolio strategy, forecasting, opportunity assessment, patient journey, pricing market access, primary market research, secondary research and data analytics. The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery, driving client relationships, mentoring teams, and contributing to business growth and innovation.

Principal Accountabilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple consulting engagements from project initiation through final client recommendations.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for CEE clients and internal stakeholders, building trusted relationships and managing expectations.

- Lead strategic engagements including market assessments, market landscape studies, competitive benchmarking, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, opportunity assessments, forecasting, portfolio strategy, patient journey, pricing market access and commercial analytics.

- Define project approach, hypotheses, workplans and analytical frameworks aligned with client objectives.

- Integrate insights from secondary research, primary market research,



IQVIA data assets and other quantitative/qualitative evidence to develop strategic recommendations.

- Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations from scratch, including storyboarding, messaging and visualization of complex analyses.

- Drive data analysis using advanced Excel and, where applicable, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau or similar tools.

- Lead project planning, resource allocation, quality reviews, timeline management and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent engagements.

- Coach and mentor Consultants, Associate Consultants and Analysts through regular reviews and capability development.

- Support business development through proposals, client presentations, capability development and thought leadership.

- Champion AI-enabled consulting by leveraging GenAI and automation tools to improve research, analysis, presentation development and delivery efficiency.

- Drive continuous innovation by developing reusable frameworks, templates, accelerators and process improvements for the Consulting Services practice.

Education, Experience, Specialized Knowledge Required

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, Business or related discipline.





- 6+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting, pharmaceutical consulting, healthcare consulting or commercial consulting.

- Demonstrated experience independently leading client-facing consulting engagements.

- Strong understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical commercial strategy and consulting methodologies.

- Experience integrating secondary research, primary market research and analytical datasets into strategic recommendations.

- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential; working knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau or similar tools preferred.

- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve consulting productivity, research and knowledge management.
