AI/ML Engineer (GenAI)

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with solid expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building GenAI applications, implementing MLOps practices, and deploying AI models on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data acquisition to deployment and monitoring.
- Design, build, and optimize Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions.
- Develop GenAI applications such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Image Generation systems.
- Architect scalable AI pipelines using MLOps tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver business-focused AI solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers,



and promote engineering best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Expertise in LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience building GenAI solutions, including RAG, AI Agents, and Image Generation applications.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI deployments.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Foundation-level certification in Artificial Intelligence.
